Common questions

Why is my wall empty or blurry?

That's how Flik works — it isn't a bug. The photos you take stay hidden all week, even from you. They "develop" and appear on your shared wall across Saturday and Sunday. Take some photos, add a friend or two, and check back over the weekend.

How do I report a photo?

On your wall, tap a photo to open it, then tap the round button in the bottom-right corner. Choose Report, pick a reason, and submit. The photo is removed from your wall right away, and our team reviews the report — we act on objectionable content, typically within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Open Profile, tap the friends button, and on the person's row tap Block. A blocked person is removed from your wall and can't add you back. To reverse it, go to Profile → Blocked users → Unblock.

How do I add friends?

In Profile, use Share Account to send your personal link or QR code. Flik is intentionally small — up to five friends per person.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, your photos and notes, and removes you from your friends' walls. It can't be undone.

I forgot my password.

If you signed up with email and password, email us and we'll help you reset it. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that same button to sign back in.
